20080308.jpg今年、カレンダーを初めてデザインをした。
すべて手書きによるタイポグラフィである。
これには、大きな理由が一つある。
僕の祖父は、母型（活字の元になるもの）をつくる
仕事をしていた。そしてその祖父が昨年、亡くなった。
遺品からは多くの母型や活字が出てきて僕はそれを
受け取った。改めて、知る祖父の仕事。
僕はゆっくりとその仕事を氷解するために、
もう一度文字を見つめなおす作業を始めた。
